1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VTEX Agentic CX Analytics MCP server ("the Service"), provided by Weni AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VTEX Agentic CX Analytics is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that exposes analytics tools for VTEX Agentic CX chatbot projects. The Service provides access to conversation metrics, customer satisfaction data (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), topic distributions, sales funnel analytics, and human support monitoring through MCP-compatible AI clients.

3. Eligibility and Access

Access to the Service is restricted to:

• Authenticated users with a valid Weni account
• Organizations with an active VTEX Agentic CX subscription
• Users who have been granted access by their organization administrator

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Query analytics data for projects you are authorized to access
• Monitor conversation performance and customer satisfaction metrics
• Analyze human support team performance within your organization

You may not:

• Attempt to access data from projects you are not authorized to view
• Use the Service to extract, scrape, or redistribute data in bulk
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations

5. Data and Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

6. Availability and Changes

Weni AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Weni AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data returned will be accurate or complete at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weni AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
